How Push Notifications Work

Push notifications are sent when:

  • A new Log Book entry is created
  • An incident is reported (high priority)
  • Someone logs into Manager Hub
  • A new customer signs up via referral
  • A gift card is redeemed

Notifications require Chrome on Android with notifications allowed. They work best when the site is installed as an app (Add to Home Screen).
